Dr. Hotte received his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, graduating in 1976. He then served as Assistant Professor of Radiology at Tufts Medical School in Boston MA and later served in the same capacity at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He has served as a consultant to several public and private healthcare organizations throughout the U.S. Dr. Hottie is married for 36 years, has two daughters and four grandchildren and presently lives in Long Island, NY.

Virginia Hotte is a graduate of Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, NY, with a degree in Behavioral Science.  She worked in the field of Clinical Laboratory for 21 years before changing to a career in Healthcare.  She is the President of PharmaDynamics, Inc., founded in 1997, providing prescription benefit management to the Foster Care community.  

Virginia is the oldest daughter of the late Steve Belloise, top middleweight boxer and championship contender in the 1940’s.  Over the years, Virginia has been involved in numerous fundraising events for various Boxing organizations that provide assistance to retired prize fighters.

Born in the Bronx in 1955, Graduate from New York school of printing. U.S. Verteran of the United States Navy for 6 years. Employed at U.S. Postal Service from 1978 until 2012 where he retired in 2010 as a Manager Vehicle Maintance. Currently a bartender since 1984 @ The Marina Del Rey

Active Member

Has a neuro-rehabilitation practice in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, NYC. Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology Board of Vestibular Rehabilitation, and has extensive training and experience in treating Concussion, mild Traumatic Brain Injury, Balance and Dizziness issues, and Dysautonomia. 

Most recently Dr. Pursell completed three years of Fellowship Training in Brain Injury and Rehabilitation with a focus in Sports Concussion.

Stefani Belloise has served as the Recording Secretary for the New Jersey Boxing Hall of Fame for the last 25 years.  She also is a member, and holds positions, in many church and community organizations as well as an active member of Unico. 

Stefani is the daughter of the late Steve Belloise, top middleweight boxer and championship contender in the 1940’s. Stefani has assisted in numerous fundraising events for various Boxing organizations that provide assistance to retired prize fighters.
